ABOUT LINDA

Linda Ann Price was employed in corporate America for 20+ years in a newspaper circulation department and at a large telecommunication company in non-management and management positions. Upon retirement, she attended the Colorado Institute of Art Culinary Arts and created a successful catering business. In February of 2000, Linda moved from Denver to Salida, Colorado to enjoy the small town atmosphere and sense of community.

Linda became an active volunteer within the Salida community and out of gratitude as a breast cancer survivor, was pivotal in the formation of the Chaffee County Mammography Fund.  The Chaffee County Mammography Fund provides free mammograms to uninsured and underinsured women and men in the Chaffee County area.  Linda enjoys volunteer work as it gives her the opportunity to meet the wonderful people in the valley.

In early 2005, Linda saw a need for a service concentrating on the needs of second and absentee homeowners in Chaffee and western Fremont counties. Linda used her skills acquired in the business world to assess these needs, conduct market research and establish the now successful Home Sweet Home Watch business.
